1. Go to mcent website HERE
2. Enter your phone number then click Join Now button
3. Select your country. If you don't see your country, click Other radio button then click Continue button
4. There is list of region or continent name. Select the region where your country is located. You will find your country then. 
5. Select your mobile operator then click Continue button
6. You will receive sms contains confirmation number. If not click Resend Sms. Enter the code you got from the sms then click Continue button.
7. You will next have to enter your gender, where you live, urban or rural area, what year you were born. Click Next Step button
8. Enter your province or state where you live then click Last Step button
9. Finally you have to create a password

There will be a notification via sms everytime a survey available for you. When your balance reaches a certain amount, you then are able to claim your airtime.

[Update] Currently there is no survey available yet, instead airtime is now available as rewards for those who invite others to join to become members.
